What hours of the day is Customer Service available?
We are available to our students 7 days a week, day or night. You can reach us on our website chat feature or by phone.
What are the typical hours for the chat feature?
Online chat is available Monday – Friday between 9:00am-5:00pm EST. However, we are always monitoring the chat and you will often recieve a response even outside of these hours.
Is there a way to change my username?
Your username will be your email address. Once you are logged into the course, you can adjust your username under the Profile Settings.
How do I change my password?
You can adjust your password and email from your profile on our Learning Management System. You can also reach out to us directly for help with either of these issues.
