What We Do
We offer courses for getting your real estate license, post-license training, continuing education, and all the way to upgrading your license in Kentucky. We are here to help all of our students achieve their real estate goals and attain real estate licensure. Every student enrolled (or graduated) in our courses is provided with individual support, day or night, 7 days a week. Any time you give us a call, a happy voice will answer the phone ready to help. Our high exam pass rates make selecting your school a simple choice.
OUR STORY
1999
Kentucky Real Estate College was founded for in-person classes.
2009
Ken Perry purchased the school with an eye towards the future. He quickly shifted the primary focus to online learning.
2010
Kent Gray was brought on to run the Kentucky Real Estate College and expand both our course offering and in-state presence.
2018
After capturing the market in Kentucky, KREC decided to expand. We created a slate of new courses and a sister company called the Tennessee Real Estate College.
2020
Perry Real Estate College was created to merge all brands into one national brand. Dominic Rossi was brought on. He & Kent spearhead the content expansion, re-brand, and national growth....
