  • What is the difference between a real estate course final exam and the state licensing exam?

The real estate course final exam is a proctored test you take at the end of our 96-hour course. You must pass this exam to receive your certificate of completion.

The state licensing exam is a separate exam administered by PSI, the official testing provider for the state of Kentucky. This is the final step to earning your license after you have completed your education and background check.
