Kentucky Real Estate College is the premier learning center for Real Estate professionals and those seeking to obtain a real estate license, in Kentucky. The Kentucky Real Estate College offers a range of courses to help guide your career growth.

The 96 Hour course qualifies the student for the state exam and licensing. Classroom time is entirely ONLINE! There are no face to face online components such as webinars or discussion boards. Some of our competitors require a portion of their course to be in a classroom, webinar, or discussion board, the old way of online education. Our 96 hour course is entirely online.


 

Kent Gray

Kent Gray is the Vice President of the Kentucky Real Estate College. He is your first point of contact for the college and courses offered. He is responsible for the administration of the college, student recruitment/development, course certification and all other aspects of customer service at the college. He has a Bachelors of Finance from Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, Kentucky.

Lee Harris Donahue, Legal Consultant

Lee Harris has been practicing and teaching real estate law for the past 15 years.  She is the former General Counsel of the Kentucky Real Estate Commission and has written a real estate law textbook entitled Kentucky Real Estate Professionals and the Law. 

She has also been involved in the drafting and passage of numerous Kentucky real estate laws and has represented the state in several complex litigation cases.  She is a part-owner of a title company, Limestone Title & Escrow, LLC, and a law firm, Harris Law Office, PLLC.  She is a native of Louisville, KY and is a graduate of Princeton University and the University of Kentucky College of Law.

Art Reed

Art Reed's world-class expertise spans over more than a forty year career in real estate sales, management, and training.  His diverse background and ability to communicate clearly and efficiently to audiences of all types solidifies a unique storytelling form of dialogue within his presentations.  Subjects that might appear boring and mundane take on a new life as Art Reed incorporates his humor and easygoing demeanor.

Art Reed was also one of the first providers to offer the Seniors Real Esatate Specialist® designation.  He was instrumental in re-writing the course material for SRES®, while at the same time, has developed several courses of his own.  He became a senior national instructor for the SRES® designation and was chosen twice to tape the designation course for the RE/MAX Satellite Network.  In 2008, he received the SRES® Distinguished Service Award.  Also, in 2012, Art was honored as the Educator of the Year by the Kentucky Real Education Foundation.

Art's passion for learning and desire for seeing others understand concepts for the first time are driving forces behind his pursuit.  "It's encouraging to me when I notice students with that sparkle in their eyes as they initially grasp a new idea.  It makes it all worthwhile!"

Art Reed continues to teach nationally.  He interjects practicality as well as his personal life experiences.  This enables his students to apply what they learn in their everyday business.

Ken Perry, School Advisor & Broker/Owner of Ken Perry Realty

Prior to opening Ken Perry Realty, Ken a Navy Veteran was a Regional Developer of Realty Executives (fifth largest national real estate firm) of Ohio and Kentucky.  Former Remax Broker/owner and is a member of the Remax international Hall of Fame. He was a past member and previous Chairman of the Kentucky Real Estate Commission and a state and local government strategy and policy advisor on real estate matters.  He specializes in:
