Kentucky Real Estate License Requirements
1) Must be at least 18 years of age.
2) Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent (GED is acceptable).
3) Must complete a FBI Criminal Background check.
4) Must finish 96 hours of approved real estate education, from an accredited institution.
5) Must pass the state real estate exam with a score of 75% or higher.
